3. Technical Interviews

A premium service designed to provide deep, project-relevant evaluations of candidates. Think of it as the alternative to algorithm-heavy challenge platforms: no hackerrank-style puzzles, no trick questions. Instead, we focus on real technical discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and structured pseudocode exercises that reveal how a candidate thinks, communicates, and makes decisions.

Our interviewers are senior engineers who engage candidates in the same way your future colleagues would, exploring architectural reasoning, trade-offs, debugging approaches, and practical coding strategies. This method delivers a clearer picture of actual skills and cultural fit, reducing false positives and negatives.

Pricing is simple: $200 per interview, or $1,500 for a package of 10 (just $150 each). This flexibility allows you to use us for occasional validations or to embed our interviews as a steady part of your recruiting process.

One of our most distinctive offerings: an Institorian analyst dives into your project to clearly understand what you really need in terms of technical resources. We do not replace your Business Analyst or validate ROI; instead, we provide an honest and accurate recommendation on the type and number of professionals required.
