Institorian was founded in 2025 to meet a growing need: interviewers capable of combining technical expertise with the art of recruitment. We bring together decades of experience in technology and hiring with innovative tools that make the process more agile and effective — without losing the human touch.
Our Story
Our founder, Emilio Primucci, a senior programmer and former CTO at several U.S. companies, created Argentina’s first online job board back in 1996 — before Monster or CareerBuilder — later acquired by a major media group. With a deep understanding of both technology and business, he teamed up with Adriana Zucarello and Natalia Diotti to bring a fresh approach to technical recruiting.

Smarter With AI
Our platform suggests AI-powered questions tailored to each role and evaluates the answers with the help of our Talent Engineers. Every interaction — every question asked, every rating given — feeds back into a proprietary AI model we are training to better understand what great technical talent looks like. Over time, this model learns from both successes and failures, becoming increasingly accurate and efficient.
Every interview is recorded and securely stored in the cloud, transcribed word by word, and analyzed by our AI. We compare the suggested questions with what was actually asked, the expected answers with the candidate’s real responses, and the Talent Engineer’s score with the AI’s assessment — to compute a proprietary perfect match score. It’s a unique blend of human insight and machine precision.
